07 Stix are looking to complete roster with 1-2 more players. Looking for experienced pitchers / utility players.

We are looking for competitive, dedicated players with a desire to advance their skills and development in the game.
Our primary focus is the development of the team as a whole, along with INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT.

Winter: 1-2 tournaments
Spring/Summer: 8-10 tournaments, and league play at Kirkwood.

Mission Statement:
Through team practice, strength & agility training, and exercise; along with activities to promote team building and mental wellness; we will become a strong, competitive, tight-knit team that produces confident, competitive players who love softball.

Physical Training:
Strength and agility will be a team activity
Practices will be twice a week, are mandatory, and will be in St. Charles and West County.
Players will be evaluated and advised on improving strengths and weakness in a constructive, positive manner.
We intend to be at A level play.

Mental Training:
In addition to physical training, our team will focus on lessening the anxiety and self-doubt that has become a plague among softball teams.
Self-confidence and mental toughness are the difference between being good, and being great. WE WILL BE GREAT, and we will do it without tearing our girls down.
This will be accomplished with team building, team community outreach projects, and above all the way we interact with our players, and how we allow them to treat each other and themselves.
