The Lindbergh Jr Flyers are organizing a new team to play in the 6th/7th Grade division for Fall 2020. We are in search of players for the 2020 KAA Feeder League. The goal is developing girls who are in the Lindbergh School District and want to continue towards playing in high school. This team is seeking players entering 6th or 7th for the 2020-21 school year. Tryout Information will follow. I'd first like to start identifying interest and confirm the ability to field a team. The goal of the program is to bring together future players who desire to play high school softball. Please contact Kevin Studer at [email protected] if you have interest in playing. Depending on numbers interested, this could end up turning into more than one team. Please send player name, grade in fall 2020, school attending, and preferred player positions. Hello, My daughter goes to school in the Meremec Valley RIII DISTRICT. To my knowledge we do not have a feeder team. My daughter has played softball since age five. She has two years of select ball she played for Triple Threat and STL Pirates Fast Pitch Softball Club and will be playing in the All State Games in KS to which she was nominated for. She has played 1st base but primarily outfield. She has much love for softball and is interested in joining a feeder league to better further her softball career and skills. She is 12. This week, assuming weather cooperates, I'm planning to hold a practice at Fenton City Park, Field #3 from 6-8PM on Wednesday 8/5. Address is: 1215 Larkin Williams Rd, Fenton, MO 63026 I'm not certain on number of players yet. If you know others that would be interested, please share this email to other Lindbergh 6th/7th graders. We will just gather and do some basic drills to assess skills. I will maintain groupings of players/coaches to less than 10 to try to abide by County recommendations. If we have interest, we can schedule regular weekly practices to stay ready for the potential league. If you plan to attend, please send me an email and let me know ([email protected]).
